The program management team is led by McKissack & McKissack in partnership with Turner & Townsend Heery and LeVis Consulting Group. They are guiding every step of the Dallas Wings Practice Facility, from design coordination to schedule and budget oversight. Their work keeps the project on track, meets the highest standards, and delivers long-term value to the City of Dallas and the Dallas Wings.

Gensler is designing the 70,000 square foot facility, a key component of the City of Dallas’ plan to revitalize Joey Georgusis Park and create a dedicated women’s professional sports complex. The facility is built to meet the highest standards of athlete performance, wellness, and operational efficiency.
Beyond elite training and player amenities, Gensler has incorporated spaces for public engagement, including youth clinics, educational programming, and community workshops. The design reflects the city’s commitment to elevating women’s professional sports while inspiring the next generation and creating a lasting civic impact.

The joint venture of The Beck Group and Azteca Enterprises, two Dallas-based firms, is leading construction of the facility.
