  • Thank you for your interest in the City of Dallas Convention and Event Services’ Tourism & Hospitality Internship Program (THIP). The application period for Summer 2024 ended April 15.

    THIP offers undergraduate students from Dallas College and UNT Dallas hospitality or marketing course credit for a unique, multi-disciplinary rotation experience across various sectors of the tourism and hospitality industry. THIP offers a living wage of $19.50 per hour for 30 hours a week.

  • The KBHCCD is proud to partner with the Asian American Contractors Association of Texas, the Regional Black Contractors Association, the Regional Hispanic Contractors Association, and the Native American Business Association. Our partnerships aim to provide equal opportunities and resources to ensure the success of African American, Asian American, Hispanic and Native American contractors in the construction industry.
