The Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas (KBHCCD) Advanced Planning Study (AP Study) builds off the KBHCCD Master Plan and previous City of Dallas studies to further define the vision, concept and implementation strategy to transform the Convention Center into a premier events and conference center in the United States.
