What Makes This Program Different

This program brings together Trinity Alliance, Dallas College, Inspire Dallas, and the City of Dallas into a single, coordinated pipeline from recruitment through job placement.

Unlike traditional workforce programs, this model eliminates silos and connects training directly to real employer demand.

Built Around Real Hiring Needs

Training is aligned to real-time contractor demand, ensuring participants are prepared for actual job openings.

Electrician at Work

If a subcontractor needs 15 electricians by January 2027, the program recruits and trains candidates in advance to meet that need.

  • Aligns training with project timelines

  • Reduces hiring risk for contractors

  • Connects residents directly to employment

  • Scales based on workforce demand

A Coordinated Delivery Model

The program is delivered through a coordinated partnership between the City of Dallas, Inspire Dallas, Trinity Alliance, and Dallas College, with clearly defined roles across recruitment, training, and job placement.
